-Pool heat is available for a nominal charge of 15 dollars per day.

- Must be at least 25 years old to book.

- Please note the community pool is scheduled to be CLOSED September 5 to October 6, 2024 for general maintenance. Water slides and splash pad will however remain open.

- The home has installed Ring Doorbell/Front Driveway/Back yard/audio camera which overlooks the front driveway and pool equipment/conservation area for twenty four hours daily for safety and security of the home. Tampering with cameras will result in forfeit if stay and eviction. There is NO camera nor any video recording device inside the home or in the pool and lanai vicinity.
